Doesn't protect against sweat

I sweat a lot when running and wanted a bandage for my iPhone that keeps sweat away. I've used an iPod with a wrist strap in the past, but I've always found that sweat gets in through the back, so I specifically looked for a case that didn't let sweat in. Reviews for this case are mixed, with some saying it keeps the phone dry, others saying it doesn't. I took a risk and lost. After a 10k run, I found that the back of the top of my phone was soaked with sweat. It's right next to a "flap" that covers the phone. Perhaps this would not have happened if it had been tightly locked. If you don't sweat a lot or wear the bracelet over your clothes, this might not be a problem. Apart from this (for me) fatal blemish, the case is actually very well made. You can easily operate the phone through the plastic screen and the case had a little more room and I was able to fit my phone with a thin case (Apple's iPhone 5S case) inside. As other reviewers have mentioned, the strap length is quite short. At 6ft 165lbs they fit me well and didn't leave a single dangling strap, but if my biceps were a little bigger I could foresee problems.
