Review on SVL 2020737 Ring Pinion Gear by Aaron Kindler
They are quite different from the OEM type
When I rebuilt the diff I thought for that price I would just replace the ring gear and pinion so everything would be new. Just as a precaution while I'm there. However, when I received them with "Made in India" on the box and everything, they looked very different from the original. Various surface finishes. Some differences in tooth width and other shapes along the pinion shaft. I had a hard time installing them. I felt a lot more comfortable putting the existing ring gear and pinion back on as they showed no damage and definitely looked a lot better.
