Terrible, But Great Customer Service

These are really bad. Streaky, some just don't work, and the others you have to constantly pump the tip to get anything. Ruined two pieces trying to make it happen. Super disappointed.ETA: The company contacted me to see what they could do since my pens weren't working properly. The customer service was really great and they refunded 50% of the cost. I appreciate their contacting me and how nice they were.
