Excellent provider and Customer Service
I enjoy working with Danny at DPsolutions as he is very professional! He's been my contact for over 7 years now & has always helped me when needed it most!! The only thing that can be improved would have to come from myself because there isn't anything else out of their control but they do give fantastic customer service.
They are helping us build our business by providing many great features which include being able track all calls, reports etc., allowing you access remotely through your phone or computer system - also keeping up w/the competition we use other providers who offer these things not just dpsolutons. !
Pros
- Their ability 2 provide so much information about what callers want.to know how long each caller was spent talking along side any notes made in regards too this
- Also knowing exactly where people called coming form such an ease.They were really responsive whenever i had questions / issues going into them..also having remote viewing capabilities via smartphone makes
