The customer service department is very friendly when working with them to resolve issues they have had since switching over from their former provider of phone systems/voip for business purposes that were not managed via cloud phone system. They are constantly improving this product to make it better than other similar products out there. If you really want an all inclusive solution then go ahead but if your looking at going into another providers territory or just prefer one specific thing…
