The customer service department is very friendly when working with them to resolve issues they have had since switching over from their former provider of phone systems/voip for business purposes that were not managed via cloud phone system. They are constantly improving this product to make it better than other similar products out there. If you really want an all inclusive solution then go ahead but if your looking at going into another providers territory or just prefer one specific thing like being able to use Google Hangouts instead. Great support team who makes sure everything runs smoothly and quickly without any down time! I like that they are always there to help if you have an issue with their product or service. They don't over sell you anything but give you all of your options so it is easy for me to make my decision after speaking with them. There really isn't much else i can say about this company. If you want someone who is going to work hard at making sure everything runs smoothly then look no further than DpSolutions! The ease of use and how friendly everyone working here is makes things run smooth.
