After 10+ years of using ASUS motherboards, components, laptops and routers, my trust in ASUS is at an end. ) to ASUS for repair at. This was the first time I had to send an ASUS product in for repair. After just over 2 weeks in their hands they claimed to have sent it back but it never came. It took two months of calls and emails before they finally sent a replacement, and only after endless calls and emails to FedEx because ASUS actually refused to take any action other than just checking the tracking information. Every time emails were sent to ASUS, it took several days to reply. Eventually I was promised a new replacement would be sent but they sent a repair; As a result, I am receiving a used product that I have no way of knowing how it was used/handled by whoever originally had it, or why it ended up being a unit that could be shipped to another buyer as a replacement. When all is said and done, I feel like ASUS has lost touch with reality and no longer cares about its customers, so after 10-15 years of buying almost exclusively ASUS, when I got a bought a product from ASUS. ASUS will not buy again.
