The ability for easy integration into existing BI environments is amazing! In addition it has been integrated directly in our SharePoint environment so all reports are stored within sharepoint document libraries allowing us access from anywhere (office).

I think that there could be more reporting options available other than what we have currently selected but this can usually only happen by contacting sales/support team which isn't always an immediate solution due to time constraints etc.. It would also help if they had additional training sessions as some staff don’t understand how their interface works epecially when working remotely - although most do try hard once given instructions however not everyone will take full advantage i guess? We use firebolts product primarily for financial analysis & management purposes mainly using Excel spreadsheets via VPN connections between different locations around Australia where resources aren' t.
