This review consists of two parts. First, it is a programmer. It worked great. Simply plug it in and program the remote control. It worked both times I used it with no problems. The 2nd part of this review is the keychain. I don't know the exact details but this is not a 100% GM key fob replacement. Yes, it opens and closes the doors, but doesn't tell the car to go into tire sensor relearn mode (press and hold lock and unlock at the same time). Luckily my dad also has a G6 so I reprogrammed it to my car and the relearn mode worked correctly. Therefore, I warn you immediately, the keychain does not work 100%.
