I appreciate their ability to implement new software quickly without needing additional training or support from other vendors (like Salesforce). They are also very flexible in terms of working with our team members' schedules as they often have time differences between US/Europe which can create some challenges when communicating via email during off hours for example! We were looking at using them primarily because we wanted something more customizable than what is available through Pardot - but there aren't many options out-of-the box like ours would need compared to others who just offer standard CRM functionality only. With TSPSI it was relatively easy adding custom fields / views etc., so this worked well enough while waiting until better products come along later down road if needed.
