Review on πŸ¦– Tamashii Nations Godzilla Biollante SH MonsterArts Figure by Nick Reddy

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Okay, but there are some big issues I need to point out

Basically, as you can see here, the eyes are very confused and the teeth are pretty dirty most of the time. Also, my lower jaw was very loose and fell out easily. I paid $95 for it and waited a very long time for it and I have to say it's very disappointing. The articulation is decent and actually pretty good, and it's sad to see that the original first edition's monster art had a wider range of motion. My biggest complaint is just the eyes and teeth and if they weren't so messed up I wouldn't have such a big problem. On the other hand, the joints move smoothly and I like the sculpting of the character. The paint on the backplates is pretty good too, although it was sloppy on some below the tail, but that's no big deal. Do I recommend buying? Well, for $95, with no accessories, and with some serious paint defects (at least for me), I wouldn't say no because overall this figure is still pretty good, and if you're looking to buy a BioGoji figure specifically, I'd say, buy this figure but if you just want one type of Godzilla and don't care what type then I would say you can probably find something that gives you more bang for your buck. Honestly again, if it weren't for the facial mess I'd be completely satisfied, and my dissatisfaction with the polish mess has made me more critical, so don't take my word for it, take the risk yourself. Tamashii if you see this: Sending me a replacement head would be very kind and generous and I would be very happy if I could fully enjoy this figure.
