it wasn't a dress but a shirt—perhaps a tunic. And that was my experience with 2 different sizes for my 2 kids. Both girls were too short, they couldn't wear stockings, but at the last moment they had to put on pants, the red padding underneath barely covered their buttocks, and sometimes the padding just crawled from their feet to their waists. so disappointing!
