The air conditioner in our huge building broke. I thought this fan would help but even if I tie my hair in a bun this fan is eating all of my hair and pulling on it and it hurts. The fan feels good, but I charged it and the entire left side of the fan doesn't work at all. Only the right side shoots air. I wanted to exchange it for a fully functional one? But my hair gets pulled into the fan and it hurts. Feels terrible.
