Having worked as a Product Manager for RUSPEPA, I can say that I was unsatisfied with the quality of their health and household, stationery, and present wrapping products. They have a lot of stuff, but it's not all great, and their rates are too high. In particular, the gift-wrapping materials were a disappointment. Thin and easily torn paper was used, and the bows were cheap. Even the stationery was unimpressive, offering only a few plain options. In addition, the customers complained that the shipping times were too lengthy. In addition, when we had questions, their support staff was slow to react and often offered irrelevant answers. Because of this, many customers had an unpleasant experience, which cost the company money and hurt its image. In conclusion, RUSPEPA has a promising product line, but they need to increase the quality of their gift wrapping supplies and stationery items and provide more reasonable pricing to stay competitive in the market. In order to better serve their clientele, they must also work to enhance their customer care.
