Used it for a while, liked it. This is probably user error hence the 3 stars but damn. I used this product daily for most of the glass, but after about a month I noticed that the grainy post-shower feel was gone. For a while I dismissed it as a bad conditioner, but it just kept getting worse. Eventually I noticed a lot of split ends and thinning hair. Pooh. I have since cut my hair and reverted to my old lipstick and thank goodness everything is back to normal.
