I am an RN who has done 1000's of these tests on patients and on myself. This product looked easy to use and the screen is easily readable; however - and this is a big one - it only worked three times total. It took 3 tries to get the control strip to read, and that was one of the three times it actually gave me a reading. I checked and rechecked that I was using it correctly (I was) and did more finger sticks than is probably wise and only got 2 readings over the course a day. I went through 20 or more test strips just trying to get a reading. Sending back tomorrow. Maybe this unit is just a lemon, but it completely failed to do its job repeatedly.
