just what I wanted. gift bag. It doesn't weigh much and takes up little space. I have a pair of Frogg Togg pants and I believe in this product. The trousers were the perfect windbreaker for the cold highland conditions. This fabric is a little different, it's lighter, but it's supposed to be windproof, so I'm happy with that. The fabric is not paper but a lightweight non-woven fabric. The sizing chart doesn't make sense so I used the sizing chart for the heavier Frogg Toggs rain jacket and ordered a medium when I normally wear small. Fits perfectly and allows you to use multiple layers underneath.
