They have been very prompt in their service, they are always quick to respond with all our sales enquiries or general questions we may ask them about working for us! I would highly recommend this firm as there has not yet anything negative i can say. We use ooze media services because it gives flexibility over what advertising mediums work best at which stage of buying process when comparing between multiple agencies - its amazing how much difference such little details make after you've signed up!! The staff had great customer service, were very knowledgeable about their products/services; they also offered multiple options to help us reach our target market as well as providing helpful advice when it came time for implementation of those plans. There's nothing I dislike right now or would change if given the opportunity. We've implemented several programs with them, which have helped drive traffic and sales to our website.
