Review on PHUNAYA Floating Shelves Mounted Practical by Tonya Greene

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Absolute crap. in home accessories

I would give 0 stars if I could. The wood was cheap, dry, with cracks, chips, and pre-drilled holes that were too small. The tree is also cut crookedly. The metal bars were bent/deformed and had a pre-punched hole that was too small. I couldn't even assemble a shelf with a metal hole that was too small because the screw wouldn't go through. The pre-drilled holes in the wood were unevenly spaced so that one side of each shelf hung more than the other side of the same shelf. They look cheap, like dollar store shelves. I immediately requested a refund. I decided to return the money to the card I paid with. The request was approved but later that day I saw that they had changed it and said they would send me a new kit instead. Had to deal with customer service. back pain. Eventually they returned the money and said to keep the shelves for themselves. I have no idea what I could use them for. Definitely don't put them in my house wherever they are seen. Do not buy.

Pros
  • It's OK!
Cons
