After 1.5 months of use, no more working. No CS contact

After 1.5 months of use, my zmuipng hub is not working any more in my usb for the new 2021 M1 macbook pro. I would have to reconnect the wires to reinitate the connection. There's no CS contact for zmuipng either to fix or troubleshoot the issue
