Doesn’t actually resist water…
I gotta say I don’t understand this shower cap. Used it just like any other, and it soaked right through to the terry when I was washing my face and got water around the edges. My Betty Dain one never had that issue so repurchased another of those. It’s a shame because this one is pretty but nope.
