Everything feels well done. The recipe in the brochure is very simple, but it's a solid starting point for regular white bread with yeast. I added some rosemary honey to my yeast for an extra yeasty flavor and saltiness, added some olive oil to increase elasticity and prevent loss of surface moisture to prevent cracking. But I think I might actually go with a slightly drier batter! Just adjust it to your size and humidity level, or use a tall loaf pan instead to hold it in shape and indent/cut. The only criticism I have concerns the instructions, with little or no mention of using the bowl lids. This can be confusing for a novice baker. Still a solid buy.
