Since discovering this Vanilla Shea Butter Lip Balm from Mode de Vie, I have not been satisfied with any other lip balm! It really is the best: It's more moisturizing than any other lip balm I've tried, rich in shea butter and a few other natural ingredients, including real vanilla. The smell of vanilla is really wonderful - in fact, many people have asked for it because it smells so good. However, it is a light scent, not too strong. I'm most comfortable with a natural lip balm as it stays on our lips and we'll likely end up gulping some. It doesn't contain the oil found in many balms, but can dry out the lips even more, creating a vicious cycle; Shea butter is best for moisturizing as it really absorbs into the skin and has healing properties. I find this product to work much better than natural beeswax based balms.
