rubbish for my purposes. I already have puck shaped LEDs and used them as a spare. I use them in conjunction with several smart devices to make them glow under certain conditions. So if you plan on using them like I do, use a smart switch to turn them on, it won't work. Once you use the controller to turn it on, assume you'll never use the remote again and be able to turn it on and off with the Smart Switch. You can do this until at some point I assume that either the auto-off feature or the device's built-in memory will remember that it was in the on position if it had been in the off position for some time. Completely useless as a smart home device. Find a kit without that stupid controller and controller module. Complete garbage.
