Review on Loyalty Management Suite by Chp Rodgers

The customer service I receive from Amex was amazing! They were very helpful in finding me an account manager to help with my questions about their product when we first started using it for our business travel needs at work (my job). Nothing really but they are always willing/able answer any question you have so if there's nothing wrong then that should be your only complaint or concern? Their support team has been great as well - friendly & knowledgeable staff who take time out during regular working hours just because someone asks them something simple like "how do i get this done?".
