I ordered this dress for my daughter's wedding and didn't realize they take your measurements and make it to fit.so I ended up having to send the first dress back and order a smaller size, that's when I received the email asking for my measurements. The customer service is outstanding! We emailed quite a few times back and forth as they wanted to make sure everything was correct. I also had a discrepancy with the refund amount on the first dress but it was handled VERY quickly (my mistake again). I would not only recommend the dress but also the company! I will definitely order from them again if the occasion arises!
