I really wouldn't rule out suing this company because those circles are pathetic welds that keep your back free after you lay back. I have a bad back and bought this chair on purpose because it needs to be heavy and recline comfortably to help my back. Well I tried, cautiously of course given my back problems. It broke and I suddenly fell to the ground. I had a charred one for maybe a few weeks where I had to rip the backing off when it broke so I could still use the bottom as a stool. I weigh less than 200 pounds, this chair is designed to hold a lot more. Welds break and I fall backwards. I want my money back and will sue. That's absurd.
