I bought this French Press for my coffee obsessed fiancé in late December. It took us about a week without Amazon Prime and he immediately went to work making cold beer. He made a new batch about a day since we received them. The French Press works great and produces quality coffee with no extra grounds. Last week (late February) he told me it was starting to leak a little from the bottom where the top of the glass carafe had fused to the bottom leaving a ring. Coffee in our fridge and less coffee for it so I emailed the company to see if we could send it back for a replacement and what their return policy is if they expect to send a new one need to buy machine. Within 24 hours Jill, who was incredibly friendly and helpful, got back to me to let me know that her products come with a lifetime guarantee and to ask where I would like my replacement to be sent! We were both very grateful but more importantly they sent us a new one and it was delivered to us within two days. The entire interaction between my customer service and the new French Press took a total of 3 days. I have never had such good customer service before and any coffee gadgets we want in the future we will definitely go to Bean Envy first! blow. It's also very easy to clean!
