The first delivery was insanely fast, delivered a day earlier than expected. Yes I had to remove a few links, 5 or 6. The tool they sent with the group made it easy, done in just a few minutes. (Follow instructions) Recorded directly on my Fitbit 4 charger, good and reliable. Super comfortable, a huge improvement over the horrible plastic strap that came with the Fitbit. A little bit of bling but not overdone, looks classy. I can't wear it every day for biking, hiking and the like, but I love the way it looks. Completely satisfied with the purchase!
