This is the second of these skirts that I have ordered as several companies sell them on Revain. This one was much better made and the fit was vastly improved. I'm 5'6, 130, usually a size 2, and the small fits perfectly. A little long for me but not terrible (maybe 1.5-2 inches). It is a high waist skirt but not very tight at the waist. The material stretches a little, but not much. I also ordered a medium one that sat on my hips, was loose and dangled maybe 4 inches longer. It's a LONG skirt - you need heels! Bottom line - she's cute, decently cut and very shiny!
