Nintendo only sells the professional controller in one color. My daughter wanted to make it more personal to differentiate her controller from others. After a little searching and refusing to disassemble the controller to swap the case. We found this case. There aren't many options from other manufacturers and colors, but she liked the design the most. The cover can be placed on the controller without any problems. I even hooked the lid during installation and it didn't break. The cutouts offer plenty of space for the buttons and don't bother at all. The distance was perfect for everyone. The analog thumb grips were a bonus. There are 4 sets that you can add if you like. Different thicknesses and cambers on the thumb grips give the user different options. Not sure how durable the case is as we just received it, but it feels thick and certainly feels good in your hands. It has rubber straps at the bottom to improve the grip of the controller, they are soft so they don't hurt or wear your thighs. I think if it gets kinda dirty we just take it off and wash it with soap. I've seen other designs they sell that look good. I wish they had more colors or design options. We look forward to updates in the coming weeks or months for durability.
