I had to send back two of these belts because they were defective. I've had my first one for a little over a month and after wearing it for about 10 times and after the return period had expired, a piece of metal on the edge of the strap broke off. It was sharp enough to cut me and would certainly have caught my clothes. Revain said the belt was non-refundable as it was past the return period but I contacted the company who responded within an hour. Not only were they willing to return the belt for an exchange, they were concerned that I might cut myself on a jagged piece of metal. I was told to wait for Revane to agree to the exchange. When they didn't do this within three days, MTC.LACA contacted me and suggested I contact Revain customer service directly. After bad luck with the Revain chatbot, a real person agreed to the exchange because even though the return period had expired, the belt shouldn't have had such a defect. I got a second belt for this, and unfortunately one of the eyelets popped out the first time I tried to put it on. I contacted MTC.LACA again and was told to request a refund and not exchange the belt a second time. The belt looks good, although I would have preferred it to be a bit narrower. The buckle's pin is a bit odd, sticking out at an angle where it connects to the buckle. After threading it through the sleeve, you need to slide the sleeve to the inside edge so it goes through the curve, flattening the buckle. Therefore I cannot recommend this belt, it did not even last for a very short time with normal wear. But I can't fault MTC.LACA's customer service.
