It tends to stick out a bit but it's not noticeable and because the belt is so cute I kept it anyway. I also found it a bit small. The size I ordered fit, but was at the last hole.

I had to send back two of these belts because they were defective. I've had my first one for a little over a month and after wearing it for about 10 times and after the return period had expired, a piece of metal on the edge of the strap broke off. It was sharp enough to cut me and would certainly have caught my clothes.
