I am very happy with this waist trainer, especially compared to another model I've tried with only double velcro. This variant was a complete failure as it moved around during training. This waist trainer is 10x better with a zipper closure and adjustable strap for a comfortable fit. I've enjoyed wearing it, although it did move a bit when working out (CrossFit) it's still way BETTER than what I've tried. Not to mention that this waist trainer is very flexible when you are active, so it is very comfortable, especially for beginners who use waist trainers during exercise! Oh, and as for the size, go up if you're not sure, as you can always tighten it with a strap. I'm a size 3x and curvy in the hips, 5ft 7 and 230lbs. After training I tighten the belt as the neoprene material is NOT too tight when wet.
