I bought them because their dishwasher baskets are junk like everyone else. I LOVE my hydromassage dishwasher when it comes to how clean my dishes are, but the shelves are complete rubbish. I bought these after getting tired of frustrating myself every time I opened my dishwasher and had to deal with broken racks. I installed it easily, although there were no instructions in the box. This lasted about 3 months before they started breaking and falling off. I sent the seller a message but never received a reply. It's even worse than the Whirlpool brand, at least the ones that lasted 5 years before falling apart! Guess I'll have to call Whirlpool and order them or just buy a new dishwasher since I'm done with those damn racks! GRRRRR!
