The best training shoe in my rating

Fantastic training shoe! Highly recommended for lifting and flexibility training. The shoes have stiffer lateral support, allowing you to move from side to side more easily than in running shoes.

Pros

The lightweight design is not bulky and weighs only 10.8 ounces.

Cons

Poor circulation in shoes
