Not exactly 4600 with XMP/DOCP/Manual

All settings to enable XMP/DOCP with AMD Ryzen 3900x, Samsung 980 pro m.2, RTX 3090 and 32GB of it on Asus ROG 570 - E with the latest BIOS. When DOCP/XMP is enabled, the board boots and defaults to DDR$ 3200MHz. not 4600. I've tried updating it manually and with the correct voltage, memory clock and cloth clock but it doesn't work. I even tried setting it to 3800 or 4000 and it still doesn't work. I was on the phone with Asus for 2 hours and this memory is activated. QVL NOT WORKING. I met a rep from Asus and they said they don't test it but the memory manufacturer does test it which is clearly a lie. Plugged my G. Skillz back in, enabled DOCP and Boom, it was running at 3600Mhz unlike those. The storage looks good and the RGB is thick and colorful, but none of this means anything unless it's running at advertised speeds. I returned both 16GB kits and got my $450 back and invested in a nice new Lian li RGB backlit case. Save your money and don't waste your time. After enabling DOCP/XMP this shouldn't be a huge problem unless you push beyond its limits, which the 4600 doesn't have is advertised.
