Good for training on cases, holsters and sleeves

I like that this allows me to listen to music at the gym without running the cord from my bag to my ears - it makes it easier on my arms to train. It resists sweat well. It's quite difficult to move my phone when needed, so keeping track of my weights/reps on my phone was a bit more difficult.
