They are very responsive - they're always there when you need them! I don't know if it was because of my location (Denver) or just their responsiveness in general but we have never had problems with communication from this office. We work closely together all over the country so having someone who understands our issues/needs quickly comes across as extremely helpful for me. This has been an incredible benefit working here at Denton. It can be difficult knowing that your team isn't located locally however their help desk staff make sure everything gets done right each step of way which helps tremendously.
