The fact that I've been using this hue for an entire year is a definite pro. My original hair color was ash, and I am pleased with the result, as are many other people. The color I get is a purple-blue. They are not even interested in changing the hue of it. Simple to perform on your own. Some negative aspects include the fact that the brightness is diminished.
