Such a cute stationery set! There is no adhesive to close them, but they supply stickers. The stickers aren't as garish as the strawberry ones on similar sets, but I still don't think they quite go with the set. They are tan and have black silhouettes of a bird and bow, with some saying "thank you handmade" and the other "a present for you" . These seem pretty circumstance based. I was planning to seal them with my own stickers anyway.Something to note: the paper that goes inside the envelopes is a little bit smaller than the envelope itself. It doesn't bother me but it might bother other people.
