I will never use traditional can lamps again, they are fantastic! Fits on studs so you can customize the layout as you like, comes with 3 pressure fittings with 4 ports for each light source. These are bright! I used eight in total in my living room, each light was 6 feet apart on a sloping vaulted ceiling and there were no dead spots. 100% recommended for anyone who wants to install jars. All the saw that came with the kit was perfect for these lights to make them airtight. They come with a styrofoam gasket (or possibly another) to ensure a tight seal. You will not regret this purchase! I don't like white Jack Frost bulbs, I bought 3000k and they are perfect for warm glow like a traditional bulb. Hope this helps you decide.
