Work well as designed
These brackets do the job for which I purchased them very well. I bought them to use with a tabletop I made for my dining nook in my apartment. The top is rather heavy, but is no problem for the brackets, it raises and lowers quite easily. The only difficulty I had was the accessibility of a couple of the screws holding the brackets to the wall, they were hard to get at and to screw in all the way.
