We received a full replacement. It had no broken parts, no damage to the veneer and was easy to assemble. The user manual has not been improved. This is a very good table option for limited space. Not only is it about 35 inches wide, but almost 24 inches from front to back, giving plenty of room for a monitor, keyboard, textbooks, and laptops. Most small desktops are more like a shelf with no room for a monitor. It was a good find and our teenager is very happy with it. Previous desk issues (all fixed except useless manual): 1. Defective part: Miniflix Mil - One of these parts did not fit properly in the pre-drilled hole on the desk and therefore would not tighten. So we only have a secure desktop at 3 locations.2. Damaged veneer - one corner is damaged, weakened and peeling off. See photo.3. There are no installation instructions - the diagrams are very confusing.
