My ears are VERY sensitive. I'm having a hard time finding a pair that doesn't cause an ear reaction and then an infection. Both not. Bonus, they are very pretty and shiny. The only downside for me and the reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the pads are very small balls that screw into place. Even though they're safe, it takes me forever to screw them up. When I first put these 4 on I lost one of the pads in the sink trying to put them on. I even had the sink covered, but to lift it I had to move what was blocking the hole and it went down before I could grab it. I've never been good with these types of substrates, so maybe it's just me and my not-so-fine fingers. ;P
