The system offers an easy way for us in our small business (15 employees)to manage all documents related with raw materials used by my product line at any given time.It also allows me access via mobile device anytime anywhere without having file copies stored locally which I find very helpful when managing projects overseas or out of office hours where email has limitations.The report function needs some work but it's something we are working towards improving now. We have been able to automate many tasks such as document scanning and uploading into this cloud service making them available electronically around the world 24/7 365 days per year so everyone can easily track project progress remotely even if their location changes.
