Too big for my rating.
It's super cute; However my daughter is a size 11 almost 12 and they were TOO big. Still sending them to the Christmas program with them because it's too late to change them. I think I can use them next year because they are big!

- This shoe didn't fit. My toddler wears a 10-11 and that was 3 sizes bigger. Very disappointed
