YUI Compact Travel Umbrella Lightweight Umbrellas Review

Easy to use (no buttons) and lightweight. It seems a bit smaller than other (regular) umbrellas but is perfect for me and my 12 year old. It also curves a bit so you don't have to worry about poking someone in the eye. Great price too

I bought this travel umbrella because I was looking for something light enough to always carry in my backpack. This umbrella is perfect for this because it is very light. It is also very small when folded but remains full size when opened. Thank you for creating such a wonderful travel umbrella!

Very compact and light. Unfortunately, it broke on the first day of use. The description says "withstand high winds without breaking". I wish it were true but I ended up in Ireland without an umbrella during a thunderstorm. After that has been said. The customer service team was great. They offered a replacement or refund.

Ideal for travel! Both thumbs up 👍👍. Definitely recommend the product. We bought these for a trip to Costa Rica during the rainy season and they came in very handy. Light and small. Ideal for stowing in a backpack for a day hike. Take it out when it rains and put it back when the sun comes out. Easily folds and stores away after each use. Definitely room for just one under an umbrella, but for travel or to put in your purse this is the perfect umbrella. ☂️

I love how durable this little item is. Most small, easy-to-pack umbrellas sacrifice durability in favor of lightness and compactness. This umbrella is not. The inner lining is very strong, the wire that supports the shape of the umbrella is made of two wires that are not usually used even on large umbrellas and opens and closes easily without snagging. The strength of the liner didn't allow me to get wet in the rain. All in all a very reliable product that I was happy to buy!

The umbrella is very light and a good size, not too small. There are some issues though, its width is 1 inch smaller than advertised and the coating on the inside has a chemical smell and I have to air it in the sun to see if that helps. Also, it's difficult to open, it takes a lot of effort to lock (it's not automatic), I have a shoulder injury that made it a bit difficult to open. I was looking for a small umbrella for short term use so the last part might not be a deal breaker but if someone

The umbrella is very compact and probably great for traveling and in a bag or backpack. He has a tiny footprint. And it's very easy. But it's too light and thin for me to trust it to withstand or cope with any wind. It seems very inexpensive. Also when I open it it stays open but doesn't close well and it looks like it could close by itself at any time and in any wind. While it would probably be an ideal, inexpensive, disposable umbrella to take on a trip or to put in my child's school backpack
