A great way to add a handle to a mug. This pen is for a specific mug that I don't have. So my review is for those hoping to use this for alternative mugs. I wish it was more stretchy or tighter so it can be used with different cup sizes. Has zero stretch. Has a fixed shape. Has no flexibility. There are deep grooves on the outside of the handle, which are not smooth, but can make the handle less heavy and use less plastic. It works if you have an appropriately sized cup size, which should be wider at the top than at the bottom. The rubber ring on the handle is only on the underside of the handle. Shown on a proud chalice of a target, which he does not grasp from below but only holds above. Can be used as a handle to carry PVC pipes. Seems sturdy enough to hold about 5 pounds. or the weight of a gallon of vinegar. With sealing tape on the inner wall of the ring, it can fit an alternative smaller mug that you prefer to make by hand. My rating is based on the grip's shortcomings, including the ability to rub and grip, and how the grip feels in my hand due to the annoying ribbed texture. In addition to the ridges, the overall shape of the handle is shaped like an angle that protrudes more from the top of the cup than the bottom, which is more ergonomic as it reduces wrist rotation. The contours are rounded and smooth. I just don't care if the combs in my hand are where dirt accumulates.
