I used the old version and like the new one. This is a truly elegant formula that delivers long-lasting hydration without clogging or suffocating the skin. I am acne prone and use it along with my retinas during the winter months to nourish my skin during recovery (ceramides support my skin barrier). The branding looks a little cheaper in the new packaging, but other than that silly aspect, everything works the same as the old formula. My favorite winter moisturizer.
